Minutes for June 18, 2005 9:00am

The meeting was held at Lighthouse E.C. Slatington. We were welcomed by Bruce Merlino. Rev. Robert Bast led the meeting.

It was decided to cancel the Learning to Love to Pray seminar due to conflict with other denomination events. Looking to re-schedule in spring 2006.

Treasurer’s Report: Beginning balance as of March 31, 2005 $1,161.80

“Life Without God” was reported on by Pete Wood. The VHS tape was reviewed of the May 15, 2005 youth exhibition at New Bethany, Allentown. The partnership with the youth group from the Portuguese church that meets at Arabic Living E.C. is developing. We are on target for the Halloween outreach. We need to discuss which churches we shall use.

Rev. Bast reported that Bethlehem is planning a Center City Festival for July 23, 2005 in the Center St. parking lot. Other churches will be involved.

The next meeting is scheduled for August 6, 2005 at St. John’s A-town. It’s air conditioned.
